This unit offers ample amount of storage, a Queen bed with a Queen Sleeper sofa, Keurig and Regular coffeemaker. Enjoy your morning coffee from the balcony with views of the Ocean and the Lake! Bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Enhanced cable is provided and there is a divider between the bed and the living area.
This unit is not pet friendly. Saturday-Saturday rentals only during season. Linens include sheets for every bed as well as bath & beach towels for max. occupancy. Renters must supply their own paper products.
Check in is between 2 and 5pm. Check out is 10am Sharp! This unit comes with 1 covered parking spot in the garage. If you need more parking, you can purchase a Rehoboth Beach town permit to park in any of the non-metered spots.
Building turns the AC on May 1st and turns it off Oct. 1st.
