Located across the street from the Surfside Fishing Pier and within walking distance to local restaurants, an ice cream parlor and arcade. Whether you are at the beach or relaxing at your private pool you will enjoy all the amenities this 5 bedroom beach house offers. There are two large decks with exceptional views of the Ocean and Surfside Fishing Pier. There are 6 TV's in this beach home. The pool has lounge chairs, an enclosed outside shower, and a barbecue area with a grill, firepit, and picnic table. It is a short stroll to 4 great restaurants as well as an ice cream. Your family will truly delight in the bright and lively decor with its ceramic floors and fully accessorized kitchen.
Pierview offers a King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen size bed in the second bedroom, and two full size beds in the third, fourth and fifth bedrooms.
Linen Rentals are available (different packages available to rent) or you can bring your own linens. There are pillows and comforters/spreads on all the beds.
Pool Heat available ($250.00). Please note that pool heat is optional. If you choose to purchase pool heat a notice of at least 48 hours must be given to ensure pool has enough time to heat up prior to your arrival.
