Property has direct access to Crystal River with 2 docks and plenty of secure trailer parking offering Swimming with Manatees all year. World Class Fishing. Scalloping Season July 1 through Sept. 24 annually.
Floating Dock will accommodate up to a 28 ft boat and boat lift is rated at 6,000 lbs. sleeps 6 comfortably. 8 person max. 2 fishing kayaks and gear included.
