Quiet, safe neighborhood on the Brazos River. Great area for walking or biking. Feels secluded and peaceful but close to amenities.

Vista Vacation Properties LLC - Wonderful place on the water to get away! Water access from our dock with free use of tandem kayak and great river views from the back of the house. Large deck out back with dining/seating for 8-10. Desk and chair in master overlooking the river! Bring your boat or use our kayak off the 20' dock on the river. The dock gets a great breeze. Ask about accommodating groups larger than 8. We have 2 different neighbors who rent their homes that sleep 7-8 also.
Parking for up to 4 vehicles in driveway. Walking around neighborhood for exercise is lovely. Walmart, Sam's Wholesale, wonderful Texas grocery chain HEB and fast food restaurants/steakhouse/Cracker Barrel within 2.5-3 miles. Hawaiian Falls Water Park, Riverbend baseball complex and Waco Regional Tennis Center 2.6 miles, Cameron Park Zoo 6.7 miles. 15 minutes to downtown for lots of restaurants (some with outdoor eating) and Magnolia/The Silo District.
