The main living area upstairs includes an at-home office with a desk, chair, and printer, a full-sized kitchen with a spice rack and plenty of cookware, an air conditioning/heating unit, and a breakfast bar seating for 2 just beside the kitchen. The main floor also has a queen-sized mattress firm adjustable bed, perfect for watching your favorite shows before bed. Downstairs, there's an additional bedroom/studio with a "kitchenette" including a microwave and Keurig, a private bathroom, and a king-sized bed that can be split into two twins. Enjoy a rustic modern cabin experience with your loved one and make the most of everything Idyllwild has to offer!

Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.
Parking: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended). An Electric charging station is available for use: 40 Amp Car Charger Type 2-J1772 9 (Non Tesla)
- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.
- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.
- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.
- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.
- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.
