Established in 2020. Nice coastal/fishing décor inside the downstairs suite, covered outdoor front porch with seating. Walking distance to the front beach, Josie’s Mexican Food Restaurant and Clark’s boat ramp. Blocks from other area restaurants, shopping and laundromat.
Fully equipped kitchen featuring beautiful granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space and a full-size pantry. Full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Keurig coffee maker, dishes, silverware, utensils, pots, pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, toaster oven, blender, etc. Plenty of seating to eat and entertain at the kitchen island and kitchen table. Comfy cozy beds (Bedroom 1 has one queen and one XL Twin, Bedroom 2 has two Twin over Full bunk beds). Couch, loveseat and recliner to sit and stream tv on the large 70" flat screen TV. Sleeps 6-8. Plenty of room outside for cleaning up fishing gear and space to park your boat and vehicles. Small BBQ grill available.

Summary: The house was amazing, cold air conditioning, comfortable beds, relaxing couches with Netflix on the Tv, the kitchen was great, very spacious countertop for prepping and eating.The outdoor table and chairs were perfect for sitting out side and enjoying the sunrise/sunset and cool breeze. Perfect sized bbq out for grilling. The location is perfect , central to the beach, the jetties , and the bait shops and the gas station..
