Major ski slopes are 20 to 25 minutes away. Our top picks include Camelback Ski Resort (doubles as a year-round Indoor Waterpark as well)...Big Boulder Mountain ...Jack Frost which has kid-friendly slopes. Great Wolf Lodge and Kalahari are popular indoor waterparks about 20 minutes away.
Pocono Raceway (where you can rent an actual race car) is 5 mins away and hosts the NASCAR race every summer. ATV, Slingshots and Offroad Terrain Vehicle rentals can be found at various locations no more than a 7 mile radius.
Other popular attractions for seasonal activities are also only about 15 - 20 minutes away - i.e horseback riding stables, Hickory Run State Park great for snow-tubing and hiking, white water rafting, mountain biking, Go-Karts and paintball. Stop by the historic town of Jim Thorpe only about a 20 minute drive!
