The space
This cozy and very spacious modern villa provides a unique, peaceful stay for those looking to getaway on weekends or have a quiet place to work remotely during the week. Inside the home you will find all the luxuries needed to feel at home!

* Fully stocked kitchen - which includes items such as a chef suitable gas grill, dishwasher, double oven, coffee machine, kettle, Instapot, soup maker, rice cooker, a wine/beverage refrigerator, fully stocked pantry and spice cabinet plus all the cookware needed to make a gourmet meal or holiday dinner.
* Provided for your entertainment are several games. Scrabble and a deck of cards are located on the counter. In the second drawer to the left you will also find Clue, multiple kids card games and paw patrol Janga)
* Deck - Private outdoor deck featuring a propane grill (extra tanks provided) and a hang-out area to eat or relax near the fire pit while enjoy the serenity of the space. Fire logs are provided for use with the fire pit. 1 log is equivalent to 10 real logs. If you run out you will have to purchase more.
* Pool - Enjoy your private outdoor pool which is available year round but not heated. Perfect for cooling off in the hot summers and spending a peaceful relaxing evening. The pool is surrounded with fairy lights which gives it that perfect ambiences. Pool toys are available for day time and night time use.
The bedrooms are nicely decorated with soft cotton fabrics, plush modern comforters, snuggly throw blankets and white fresh linen sheets and extra pillows.
* Each room has its own HD Flatscreen TV with full cable so you have access to your favorite TV Shows & movies.
* Each room also has its own closet space with hangers for clothes and luggage storage.
* Bedroom 1 located through the kitchen and just off the living room- Features an adjustable California King Bed with multi color mood lighting. There’s also a large leather recliner with a computer stand for your convenience. Other amenities include an alarm clock, charging station, 2 beautiful dimmable pendalantn lights, free weights, reading materials, ironing board and iron.
* Bedroom 2 located down the hallway and to the left - Provides a fully adjustable Queen Bed. Other amenities are a baby changing table and dresser. Fully stocked linen closet, 4 bath robes, high chair, booster seat and a few baby toys.
* Living room offers a beautiful fireplace and an amazingly huge comfortable sofa sectional large enough to accommodate 3 guests comfortably. Linens are located in the closet in the second bedroom.
* Additional Luxury Queen Bamboo Memory Foam Mattress - For guests who have a group of 8 or more individuals, and an air-mattress provided which is located in the second bedroom closet.
* Full Air Bed - For guests who have a group of 10 or more individuals, The appropriate area to place this mattress would bed will be in the living room.
With additional Beds: There is (1) Queen additional mattress and (1) queen air mattresses (located in the 2nd bedroom closet) as well as 2-3 sleeping areas on the couch. That's 7 Beds.

We take cleaning seriously in our home all linens were newly purchased and are professionally cleaned using green and environmentally friendly products by a local and reputable company. All pillows, rugs, and upholstered furniture is regularly steam cleaned to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for every guest we’ve also enhanced our cleaning procedures in order to make sure our guests are protected. In addition, we provide hand sanitizers and any necessary cleaning supplies during your stay.
* Laundry - Washer and dryer are located in the unit with laundry soap, tide pods, bleach, and dryer sheets provided.
*Complimentary coffee, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. As a BONUS just in case you may have forgotten yours, facial wash, tooth paste, body lotion, hair mouse, hair spray, shaving cream, feminine products and more are provided.
**For large group reservations, please make sure that you carefully read the above details and are okay with the sleeping arrangements. Only two real beds are being provided. Beyond 4 people, the remaining guests can choose to either sleep on the sofa, the additional queen mattress or the full air bed. If a reservation is placed for 12 guests, it's definitely doable, but you may feel crammed! Please understand and acknowledge the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
Guest access
Guests will have 100% privacy in this home access to the entire home with over 85 Plus Amenities. Except for the the office, a hall closet and master bedroom closet which are locked and off limits!. But we will always make sure you have everything you need for your stay!
Check-in process is fully automated.
Parking: 2 car fit in the driveway in front of the garage. There is also free street parking available across the street from the garage.
Please note that ONLY the guests on the reservation are allowed in the home. This applies to more than just staying the night. For example, if your reservation is for 8 people, there should NEVER be more than 8 people in the home at once without our prior approval.
Other things to note
• Please keep in mind if you are going to use the gas fireplace take precautions and safety when using the gas switch on the wall to the upper right of the fireplace. Always inspect and insure you are switching off when done!
• First Aid Kit and a fire extinguisher are located above the dryer on the shelf in the back of the kitchen doorway to the garage access.
. Please remove shoes or use the protective covers provided for your convince in a basket right inside the from door to your right.
. Please stow away all pool toys upon checkout.
* Please bag your trash up and take all trash out to the dumpster when you leave.
• Also keep in mind if you log into your Netflix account and other apps; make sure that you log out of your personal Netflix accounts before checkout the next morning and double check for any personal belongings before you leave!
