Ocean Village is one of the best kept secrets on the Florida coast. Our slice of Ocean Village paradise overlooks the 8th hole of a Par 3 golf course and features a "peek of the ocean" view. Located on the second floor (stair access, no elevator), this unit has vaulted ceilings that let in extra Florida sunshine! Our Golf Villa is in a premium location, and is just a two minute walk to the beach!
Staying in Ocean Village, you have access to the private beach, pools, grilling areas, clay and hard tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, a gym, a library, a Tiki Bar, restaurant, and more!
*Please note: The main pool is under renovation and will reopen in 2025.
What sets our Golf Villa apart from other Ocean Village rentals is that my mom Kathleen is local and happy to assist with any special requests to make this your best stay ever. Additionally, Kathleen personally inspects the unit for cleanliness before your arrival.
During peak season (January 1 - April 15), the minimum stay is one month. During the off-season, we are flexible about the duration of the stay.
