Welcome to Sunset Hill House - Built in1920 it's a spacious home filled with charm. Sitting on a hill, the sunlight floods the entire house throughout the day. Conveniently located 20min from JFK/LGA airport and a 10min walk from the Briarwood subway F/E train. Onsite paid parking available
The front of the house contains a private porch with lounge seating. Once entering the home you're greeted by a cozy bright sunroom.
The living and dining room follow in an open concept design. A small bar for all your cocktail needs is included, alongside a coat closet for colder months.
Towards the back you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar as well as all essential cooking supplies. The back door for access to the private yard is also located here.
Up the stairs, the second floor holds 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a desk, monitor with HDMI cord connection, and charging ports for all working remote needs.
Also on the 2nd floor is a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub! The hallway has a utility closet containing extra towels and cleaning products
Guests have access to the entire house! Two full floors, a private porch in the front and a fenced yard in the back. The only area off limits is the basement where my co-host lives. They have their own back entrance and shouldn't interfere with your stay. Private driveway parking is available for a small additional fee.
