River Park Lodge overlooks the Sabinal River just south of Utopia Park Lake. This 4 bed / 2 bath home has a big porch with hot tub and 300 feet of private river frontage. A fully stocked kitchen, nice living area, along with hardwood floors and aspen walls make this house extremely inviting! Linens and towels are provided. 3 rooms have queen beds, and the 4th bedroom has two bunks each with full mattresses. There will be a $110 cleaning fee added to your reservation. NO PETS ALLOWED

Summary: Property is beautiful. Outdoor living space is really nice. Huge covered porch. Grounds have deer in the morning and evening. Indoor living space is nice. 4 bedrooms modern and clean.
