This is a cosy, comfortable cottage- elevated with a north facing aspect, fringed by native bush. It is a modest home with everything you need. A lovely deck with spectacular views through the old Pohutukawa trees to the beautiful Poor Knights Islands.

It is set on nine acres of land and has grazing if you want to bring your horse.
There is access to a private beach through a steep bush walk.
Only minutes away are beautiful white sandy safe beaches suitable for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, diving,sailing, fishing and surfing.
There are many places to walk including the TeAraroa trail.
There is no shortage of things to do.
