This home is 3 blocks from Ross Ade Stadium in the beautiful Hills and Dales Neighborhood. It's a ranch on a finished basement that has been well loved over the years with refinished wood floors and kitchen and bathrooms recently updated. There is a fenced-in backyard with a patio and grill for cookouts. Large trees and beautiful landscaping invite you to relax after a fun day at a Purdue football game (Boiler up!) or other campus activity.
There are 5 bedrooms with queen beds and a sixth bedroom features adult bunk beds with full size mattresses. There are 3 full bathrooms. The main bath has a bathtub/shower combination. The master bathroom has a spa-like shower. The basement bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower as well. All beds have nice linens for a comfortable night of sleep.
