Just out the front door is access to the Phoenix Canal trail. A path along the canal for walking, running and biking. This path extends 10-20 miles both to the East and to the West. Steel Indian park is a quick walk down the road and boasts a very friendly dog park. The Phoenix Light-rail Public transit is a short canal walk away and offers the ability travel from Phoenix to Tempe and beyond. There is a great neighborhood bar/restaurant that is a block away and is called McKinseys. The Space is half of a duplex and has its own side yard and carport. .
