Summary: We enjoyed our 5 night stay at this basement apartment and then rented it for a second week. It was clean, spacious and bright and conveniently located near the university area. The patio/courtyard was a quiet space to sit during the warm days that we experienced. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance of stores and restaurants, and close to Nose Hill Park. Coffee and green tea are supplied, but no other amenities (like cooking oil or spices) for cooking. The beds were comfortable but on the softer side. We would definitely rent again.
