Summary: We had to change rooms because the tv did not work. The 2 room we changed in the door looked like it was kicked in and the wind was coming through the room the heat had to be on 80 to not be freezing in the room. And when we got in the room the furniture was pull from the wall. The floor looked like it was not mop yet but we did not want to change rooms again cause it was cold going back and forth to the lobby.
