Summary: Pros: The staff were tremendously friendly and helpful! The hotel is gorgeous and the indoor pool was heated. Cons: The king sized bed was lumpy and not padded well. It hurt my back just to sit on it for a few minutes. One day housekeeping did not clean our room, even though we had no door tag hanging.
