Summary: The rooms are clean, big and super comfortable. The location is 15-20 minutes from downtown Newport. We went for a labor day wedding and the prices of hotels in Newport were incredibly unaffordable for us, so this was the perfect solution. We got an Uber to get to an evening wedding on the water and everything worked out perfectly.
