HRL is located in a secure, gated resort community on a gentle-rapids river in the North Georgia mountains. Close enough to Atlanta for a quick getaway, HRL offers unique experiences and adventures in your own backyard or in the surrounding areas. Located directly on the flowing waters of Talking Rock Creek (a Georgia Trout River), HRL has 4 Bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms — Enjoy deck access from two bedrooms as well as a full length, two-level deck, a fully finished basement rec area, loads of wildlife viewing, and even a private office should you need to work quietly.

Wake up to a coffee bar and double wrap-around decks overlooking the flowing sounds of the river. Walk down the stairs to the river to play, splash, fish, swim, kayak, float or stomp right from your own backyard. The house and location are private with the feel of being in your own mountain river escape.
The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The dining room seats 8, kitchen bar seats 2.
There is a pool table with kitchenette and a pub table on the terrace level with extra bunk beds as well as the optional additional bedroom. If you are interested in the additional bedroom to add to your vacation rental, contact us.
The house is equipped with a gas log fireplace on the main level and a wood burning stove on the terrace level.
Let's not forget the 6-person HOT TUB with bar cart facing the river.
We also have a whole house automatic generator in the event there is a power loss in the mountains, which runs everything in the house - so Heat and AC stay and food in the fridge does not spoil

24-Hours Security Gate, 65-inch TVs with DirecTV in Living Room and Family Room, tv’s in each bedroom, full size washer/dryer, gas fireplace, gas grill, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, two 1-person kayaks, firepit by the river, deck by the river
NOTE: There is Wifi and Internet was just upgraded to Starlink satellite, and the speed is a game changer. Can work on video conference calls and stream TV without any issues.
This is river front, so bring your fishing poles and kayaks, canoe. (We do have 2 kayaks on site).
(NOTE: CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN. AFTER EACH RENTER: WE ARE DISINFECTING ALL HIGH TOUCH AREAS INCLUDING LIGHT SWITCHES, DOORKNOBS, COUNTERS, HANDLES, TOILETS, ETC. WASHING ALL WHITE TOWELS WITH BLEACH, DISINFECTING ALL BATHROOMS AND THOROUGHLY CLEANING THE ENTIRE HOUSE. LIQUID HAND SOAP AND HAND SANITIZER ARE PROVIDED FOR GUESTS TO ENCOURAGE FREQUENT HAND WASHING.
