There are 38 boat slips available in the marina and a 222' dock on the river available for mooring (see notes). The complex includes guest parking, trailer parking, river observation deck and a small beach area. The clubhouse area is great for entertaining which includes full amenities, free Wi-Fi Internet, a pool and spa.
The condo has 2 large bedrooms and 2.5 baths which works great for couples or families traveling together. The condo is 1373 sq. ft. and all rooms are fully furnished. The Master bedroom has a king size bed while the Guest bedroom is furnished with a queen & twin bunk bed. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. The condo has two balconies with beautiful views of the beach and marina.

The garage door height is 6'7" and the width is 8'11". There is ample space to retrieve a 20’ boat from the attached garage with over 60’ of open parking space in front of the garage.
