2. Has any of your group had a fever, headache, cough sore throat, muscle ache, lack of energy, etc. ( any symptoms of Covid-19) to date?
YOU NEED TO LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19. For safety reasons, we will cancel your stay at RiverSong.

Welcome Home to RiverSong! RiverSong is a waterfront, family-friendly retreat situated on 1.25 acres on the banks of the Little Tennessee River and Hayes Mill Creek. RiverSong is easy to find with easy access (no steep hills) and we’re conveniently located about 10 minutes from Franklin.
RiverSong is a clean and comfortable fully-furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, that accommodates 1-6 people. One of the best vacation bargains in North Carolina lodging! RiverSong is perfect for families or couples that want to get away from it all and still be close to all the numerous adventures offered in the Smokey Mountains.
If you are into just relaxing, pull up a rocking chair on the screened-in porch over-looking the park-like setting shaded with numerous black walnut trees. Sit back and watch the squirrels and rabbits, listen to the birds sing, take a daytime nap listening to the melodious sounds of the river; and later, enjoy the beautiful lightening-bug show in the evenings. Or, for the fishing enthusiast, fish for trout, sun fish, and bass in the cool water of the Little Tennessee River (fishing equipment is provided).
If Kayaking is your thing, bring your boats. You can put in the river about a mile up the road and float/paddle down to the banks of RiverSong. We have had several guests paddle that stretch and they had a blast.
Bikers not only enjoy the local mountain roads, but we are only about 90 minutes from the famous “Tail of the Dragon” as well. And yes, we have room to park a bike trailer on the property.
If you have your heart set on finding gems for jewelry, try your luck at panning for gems in the river and creek with the equipment provided. Our guests have found garnets and other gems by panning right in the back yard! By the way, Franklin is known as the GEM capital of the world!
If you are feeling more adventurous, you’re in luck! RiverSong makes a great base-camp! We are in the heart of whitewater rafting, kayaking, skiing, and hiking country; close to the Appalachian Trail, Biltmore Estate, Dollywood, the Highlands, Cherokee Reservation, Harrah’s Casino, numerous waterfalls, The Great Smokey Mountain Railroad, and many more activities.
Conveniently located just outside the city of Franklin, NC, we are only 10 minutes from US Rt. 441, Rt. 64, and Highlands Road. We’re sure that once you have enjoyed RiverSong for the first time, you will be coming back to stay again in the near future. IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Upon acceptance of your reservation, we require a phone call with you and a rental agreement signed by all parties (that we will mail to you).
50 % of the rental amount is due at the time of reservation, then the balance is due 30 days prior to your check-in date.
If booking date is less than 30 days prior to check-in, the full rental amount is due at time of reservation.
