Roanoke Ranch Home is a beautifully updated 3-bedroom house with tons of natural light and is updated with an in-ground pool. It has a huge yard with a deck, living room, modern kitchen, dining room, and family room. The primary bedroom includes a primary bath with a jacuzzi tub. There are 2 bedrooms that have their own full bath. Bathrooms are recently updated.
The kitchen is just next to the dining room. The dining table seats up to 4 and with more additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is perfect to cook and prepare meals for the whole family - with stylish tiled countertops, all stainless steel appliances, and stocked with plates, utensils, pots, and pans.
The home is very close to beaches, farm stands, restaurants, wineries, golfing, and all that the North Fork offers. Reeves Beach is 1.5 miles away (walk or drive), and the Roanoke Vineyard is 0.5 miles from the house.
Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
