Secluded 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 story frame house with knotty pine siding throughout on 3 wooded acres with a small creek. Access to the home is via a very level gravel drive and no four wheel or all wheel drive is necessary. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser and walk-in closet. There's also an open concept kitchen living area plus a large 2nd story loft with a TV/DVD player for family movie or game night plus two twin beds for kids. The two bathrooms feature walk-in slate showers, double hammered copper sinks and a comfortable soaking tub upstairs with a view of the treetops. Outside you can enjoy a huge front deck, two fire pits, hammocks, charcoal grill and two dining areas. The property has slow WiFi (11Mbps) NO Land Line Phone, or Cable TV (though many cell services work on property) so this is the spot to get away from it all.
Our home is located off of a quiet country road yet within 15 minutes of historic downtown Dahlonega offering many restaurant choices and close to 7 beautiful wineries (Wolf Mountain - 9 Min; Cavendar Creek - 11 Min; Frogtown - 15 Min; Three Sisters- 15 Min; Kaya - 15 Min.; The Cottage -18 Min & Montaluce - 20 Min). We are also very close to popular wedding venues (Juliette Chapel - 22 Min; White Oaks Barn - 6 Min & Castle - 12 Min), gold/gem mines, waterfalls, hiking trails (including the Appalachian Trail), fishing areas, and many popular scenic bicycle/ motorcycle roads (East Coast heaven). Motorcyclists: Very close to SR 60, SR 180, Richard B Russell, several local twisty loops & a few hours ride from Deals Gap & Cherohala Skyway.
