Registration:
* Per community request, we must provide a full list of guests and their vehicle information prior to the start of their stay. This information is also needed to receive badges for accessing the amenities in the community (seasonal: lake, pool (only summer), beach, tennis courts, basketball courts, volley ball, etc.) and the car tag.
*A maximum of four cars is allowed in the house driveway.
*A signed rental agreement and security deposit hold on your credit card are required for booking. Additionally, Guests are required to complete a community registration form.
Pets:
* Guests bringing a pet must disclose at time of booking and pay the associated pet fee.
* There is an extra charge for a second dog.
* House-trained dogs only.
* No dogs under 1-year-old allowed.
* Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.

Trash:
* The vehicle pass also serves as a rubbish pass for your automobile to enter the community trash facility. It is necessary to remove all rubbish from the property when you depart because we do not have a public trash service.
