OUTSIDE SAFETY: There is a recording security camera over the front door facing them parking lot. It records audio and video. This property is in the mountains and with this comes certain dangers. Please stay away from any wildlife. There are a lot of rocks and stumps to trip on, please watch your step. Briar bushes are throughout the wooded property. No walking on the retaining wall or rocks around the property; stones and pavers can shift and cause people to loose balance and possibly fall, causing injury. We are not responsible for any personal injury.
LAUNDRY:
Our property includes a washer and dryer: We kindly ask that you refresh your towels during your stay. We are unable to provide extras during your stay.

DISHES/DISHWASHER:
There is no disposal in kitchen sink, so please wipe all material from plates into trash before putting in sink or dishwasher.
On day of checkout, load all dirty dishes into dishwasher and run it before checkout. $200 fee if plumbing or appliance is damaged due to lack of cleaning is evident.
VISITORS:
No additional guests or hosting parties allowed. If there is any evidence of additional guests, beyond booking guest, there will be a $100 fee per visit/night per extra guest.
FIRE/FIRE PIT/FIRE WORKS: Forest fires are a real danger in the mountains. Please be responsible when using the fire pit. Please do not stack fire logs too high. Pay attention to wind and embers floating into the forest. NEVER leave fire unsupervised. When done completely but out fire (no hot coals remaining). NO BONFIRES or FIREWORKS
SMOKING:
No Smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes allowed on property. If any evidence is found of these actions a $500 fee will be assessed.
