Kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, knives, silverware, utensils, plates, cup, bowl and glasses. Washer, Dryer, and Detergent available to guests for use. The space also features a comfortable, height adjustable desk, living room, dining room, sofa, and large TV’s in the living room, master bedroom, and upstairs' bedroom. Includes the entire first floor and second floor. The basement is fully equipped with a full second kitchen, utensils, dinnerware, full gourmet kitchen, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, recliner sofa, and large TV’s. With over 4,300 square footage on the first floor, second floor, and third floor, porch, deck, picnic area, it provides ample personal space for everyone!

Cellphone service: within the coverage area for Verizon, AT&T, Sprint. T-Mobile has signal though the house Internet via 4G cell tower.
Disclosure: The house is protected by Ring Security Cameras. Cameras are only outside the house, no cameras or audio devices inside. Cameras can be turned off upon check in. No smoking, no pets, no extra guests allowed without modifying the booking. Violating the pet and the smoking policy has a fine of $500. Extra guests fee is $25 per person, per night.
