The home is spacious, clean and uncluttered.
The property is less than a mile to a bay beach, and in close proximity to ocean beaches, Hampton Bays center, and Southampton Village. The property borders rail road tracks, so you will hear the train a few times during the day and night. The house is situated off a dirt road, which can be bumpy and muddy in rainy weather.
This is a quiet neighborhood, absolutely no parties/loud music.
