Please note that the shared driveway is very steep, and care should be taken. Please note there is construction of a house next door to the property. We don't anticipate this will impact your stay, but views of the lake are obscured. There is off-street parking available for one car maximum on the bay at the end of the driveway, where two vehicles can be parked, but as this bay is shared with another property, only one spot on the bay is to be used. Guests with a third vehicle are asked to please park on the on-street parking available. Garage is not to be used by guests.Sky TV (Basic) can be available but the reception is intermittent only.Please note the fire place is out of use, however there are heat pumps available throughout the property to keep you warm during the colder months.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
