Fantastic family friendly 2 BR / 2 Bath Condo located in the Trailside Condos building, which is slope side at the revitalized Magic Mountain Ski Area. Our unit sleeps 8 with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds in each bedroom. Linens and towels are included. Two full baths, each with tub/shower. There is also a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with adjacent living room. This 2nd floor corner unit allows you to enjoy fabulous views both up the mountain and out onto the slopes.You will be looking right out onto the beginner Magic Carpet lift area, with adjacent warming hut, and you can watch the kids skiing right from our unit. You will be steps to the ski lifts and trails through lower level ski locker storage area.The Trailside condos building has a large common area / game room complete with billiards, ping-pong, foosball and air hockey tables. We also have a selection of books, DVDs, and games in our unit for your to enjoy. Brand new 50" TV in the living room and we also have a Nintendo Switch hook-up (bring your own switch) and a Sony Playstation2 hooked up to a 42" TV in the 2nd bedroom, which also can be used as a DVD player. There is a common area hot tub & sauna (winter only), and very basic workout room available for use on the ground floor, as well as a coin operated laundry room. For skiers, Magic Mountain operates during the day Thursdays through Sundays and all full holiday weeks, and also offers lighted terrain park on select evenings 4-7pm. Check their website for info and operating hours. For skiers on other days, it is only a short drive to Bromley, Stratton, or Okemo Ski Areas. Inside the unit there is also a custom built glove dryer which will help to dry out your gloves after a day on the slopes.
During the summer season, Magic offers disc golf and hiking, and Bromley (10 minutes away) has a mountain wide adventure park offering a variety of activities. Magic also now offers seasonal fall foliage rides and chairlift rides on the green chair to Sunshine Corner. Paddlers will enjoy nearby Lowell Lake which has a great kayak/canoe launch and a large area to explore. There are plenty of other spring, summer, and fall area activities to enjoy as well. Walk down to the Magic base lodge to visit the Black Line Tavern for lunch, dinner, or a few drinks. In nearby Londonderry village, there are multiple restaurants, as well as an IGA supermarket, pharmacy, post office, gas stations, liquor store, antique stores, and more.
