You'll thoroughly appreciate nature at its BEST when you're lounging in the secluded backyard by the beautiful, serene, in-ground swimming pool.
When you're ready to pick-up-the-pace you can take in the many tourist attractions at nearby Stone Mountain Park an easy 1-1/4 mi drive or a convenient 16mi drive via I-78 to exciting downtown Atlanta.
The space
Cozy and lodge-like, this home's thoughtfully furnished interior is designed for both personal space, featuring 5 large bedrooms, as well as common areas indoors and out to accommodate bringing everyone together...like the Sunroom, Den, Dining Room, two full Kitchens, and the Swimming Pool Deck.
Guest access
Currently, the Garage, Utility Room, Hall Closets are used as the owner's personal storage areas. In the near future the Garage will become available, please inquire if you have a need for this space.
Other things to note
Unlike a hotel, CONCIERGE Services are NOT provided during your stay.
Here's what you can expect as Guests' Responsibilities:
Conserve Energy.
*Heating/air conditioning - setting 75 degrees is BEST.
*Use 6 ceiling fans to circulate and maintain the air temperature.
*Turn off any unnecessary lights, appliances, TVs etc. especially at night or when you're away from the property sightseeing.
Swimming Pool
*ALL Guests are assume ALL personal and liability responsibility being on the pool deck or in the swimming pool.
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
*Pool depth 3-1/2 ft. - 9-1/2 ft. Note: Drop off in depth by pool rope.
*Professionally serviced 1x per week on Thursday afternoons by
Sweetwater Pools.
*Any surface debris you will need to remove with the Pool Net provided.
Note: the pool is surrounded by trees, so there WILL BE some debris overnight and during storms.
BBQ Grill
*2 Propane Gas Tanks (grill & fireare provided. No guarantee being full.
Home Depot has 'tank exchange' $19.98
*Torch Lighter and Tools provided.
*Make-A-Mess/Clean-A-Mess
Clean grill before you leave OR $100 charged for housekeeping to clean.
