Hang out on the lower deck or fire pit area and enjoy the spectacular view of Green Mountain or the upper deck doing the same while grilling and then a soak in the hot tub. Spend your evenings unplugged catching up while playing games and cards or watching a movie or getting the guitar out to play your favorite tunes while roasting marshmallows to make smores! This 2 bedroom/2 bath cabin is located on the quiet side of the Smoky Mountains in Cosby, TN, where you will find a rural area with some small gift shops and family owned restaurants, wood carvers and Moonshine. Away from all the traffic of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but close enough to enjoy all they have to offer. Roughly 40 mins from the cabin.
For the hikers and wild life enthusiasts Smoky Mountain Meadows is within a few short miles of the Cosby Entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the Big Creek, NC entrance and the Greenbrier Entrance. Remember when entering the park to hike or be there any longer than 15 mins you must purchase a Park it Forward day or weekly pass. Go to recreation.gov for details. For the outdoor adventure seekers you are 12 miles from Hartford, TN for White Water Rafting, Ropes Course, Zip lining and Moon shine! Also 25 minutes to Newport TN for fast food, groceries, car repair, hospital etc.
