The bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed, the bedrooms on the 2nd floor have a queen bedroom and twin bunks in the other bedroom. With an open concept, the kitchen is fully stocked with all of the things you will need to cook a nice family meal. There is plenty of seating for everyone at the table and the counter.The living room has brand new, oversized furniture and a 65" smart TV. This home has an oversized loft with a 65" smart TV, where guest can sleep on the oversized queen air mattress. There is a nice screened in porch for relaxing, a fire pit, and barbecue grill. The basement features a large seating area with 65" smart TV, poker table complete with everything you need for a good game! There are 2 arcade games, a ski ball game and foos ball. This home has it all.
As guests offer home, you will have access to 5 lakes, 2 beaches, marina with kayak/canoe rentals, private 9-hole golf course, 2 heated outdoor pools and kiddie pool, indoor/outdoor basketball/tennis/volleyball courts, playgrounds, ski hill, snow tubing, ice skating, hiking trails, recreation center with game room and gym, art center, woodworking building, mini golf, Club House restaurant and Tiki Bar. Some of the amenities like golf, mini golf, have a nominal fee.
****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there.
