Welcome to Grandview Getaway!!. This bright, spacious chalet is located in The Hideout, a 5 minute walk to the marina!! The Hideout is about a 2 hour ride from any location I the tai-state area. Guests will have access to all of the amenities this 4 star recreational community has to offer.
Grandview Getaway is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home with plenty of space for the family. This home accommodates 8 guests comfortably. It has a large, open concept kitchen has been completely renovated with updated appliances and fixtures. There are two family rooms, large deck and large spacious yard with fire pit and charcoal grill. The home also has a cozy loft for relaxing and reading a book. This home is located on the east side of the lake, just a 5 minute walk to the marina and park and to the North beach. It is just a 3 minute drive to the main pool/beach/tiki bar.
****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.****
