PLEASE NOTE:
The pool is heated to 83 degrees throughout the year. It will feel room temperature rather than warm. For a warmer experience, we also have a separate hot tub available.
We’re surrounded by nature. It's part of the natural surroundings that make this area special. It's not uncommon to see wildlife like Deer, Squirrels, Chipmunks, Snakes, Mice, Rabbits, Birds, Bees, Ants, Spiders, Bats, and even the occasional Bear or Scorpion. We recommend keeping doors closed and food or trash properly secured.
RVs, camper vans, and trailers are not permitted per HOA rules.

RENTAL TERMS
Signed rental agreement and security deposit are required within 24 hours of booking. Security deposit of $500.00$ will be held 2 days prior to stay and released 7 days after stay if there is no damage.
