With 4 bedrooms (1 Queen / 1 Queen / 1 Queen/ 1 Bunk, 1 Kids Bed, 1 Twin), 2 baths and 1480 square feet, this urban flat is roomier than most. It includes all the necessities needed like: bedding, linens, housewares, etc.. Additional features: central air conditioning, stove/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, k-cup coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Free Internet is included with a Smart Streaming TV in one of the bedrooms and in the living room. Parking: there is free street parking near the building. There are only two flats in this building, this is the upper-level flat and it does require going up approximately 9 steps.
