Welcome to our beautiful lake cabin with a dock and picnic area which is perfect for enjoying those lazy summer days! Here at Shoal Up at Sale Creek, you can relax on the water or take a short 35-minute drive to downtown Chattanooga! Or hang out inside in the spacious living room and comfy beds with sleeping room for 5! With plenty of room inside and out, we know you and your family or friends will enjoy slowing down and making memories in our home! We can't wait to host you!
The Space:
When you walk into the home, you will be welcomed in by the open floor plan where you'll see the oversized couch and chair in the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, and off the living room is the den. Here you'll find the built-in twin over full bed. You'll find the full bathroom in the hallway next to the kitchen. The last room down the hallway is the master bedroom with a queen bed.
The deck off the back of the house features a full sectional couch and dining table that overlooks the creek. You'll also have access to the permanent dock and picnic area.
A community boat slip is only a few houses down for smaller watercraft, and a larger boat ramp is one mile away for larger boats.
Guest Access:
The house has a lockbox with a key which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Please note that this home is in a rural area. The nearest grocery store is about 30 mins away. The location is great for relaxing with friends and family, but we do not allow large parties out of respect for our neighbors. We know people like to have a good time. We just don't allow parties and ask that you not have excessively loud outdoor music after 9:00 PM on the weekdays or 10:00 PM on weekends.
Getting Around:
Our home is set in a rural area that is about 35 minutes away from Chattanooga. Please note that the nearest grocery store is about 30 mins away. We think this adds to the charm of the serene environment that surrounds the home.
Other Things to Note:
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
**Note: If you are traveling with a larger group, please note that our water heater is on the smaller side. Thankfully, it refills fast, but guests need to be mindful of the temperature and duration of showers. Thank you!**
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
