The entire home is for your exclusive use. Please note that the outdoor areas, including the pool, are shared spaces with the carriage houses at the rear of the property. Please be respectful of other guests who may be using the spaces too, thanks! Please also note that we do not allow events or parties at this property including bachelor/ette parties. Violation of this policy can result in immediate eviction without refund.

Getting Around:
Getting around Savannah from our home is a breeze! We are less than a mile from downtown and River Street, a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. Uber is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets.

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized using properly rated disinfectant for COVID-19, as outlined by the WHO.

NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
