6 Bedroom House in Ocean Bay Park
This is a six bedroom house complete with two kitchens, two full bathrooms, and two living areas. This is the perfect home for a large family and/or for two families and friends to share.
This is a sweetheart of a house. The house itself is elevated so you hear the waves crashing on the beach nearby. How near is the beach? Well, when I leave the house for the beach, I don't bother putting on shoes... there are just 4 houses between ours and the beach itself. This house is a bit more upscale with interior furnishings - however - it is not bogged down with 'designer' or delicate items to tip toe around. We wanted this to be a well-appointed, but comfortable vacation home.
Not only can you enjoy the beach that is just outside of your door, but the cooks in your group will be thrilled with the kitchens. Just think- two full kitchens fully loaded!
The kitchens are complete with everything you'll need to prepare and present food for all of the house guests: full sized fridge, microwave, 4 top stove, oven, a deep sink, toaster oven, a plethora of counter space for chopping, prepping etc a blender, a coffee maker, and a gas BBQ. We keep glasses, wine glasses and all serving ware including, plates, bread plates, coffee cups and saucers, bowls etc.
In the upstairs section there are three bedrooms: (1) Master with a full size bed (2) bedroom # 2 with two twin beds (3) bedroom # 3 with two twin beds. There is also a full size futon in the living room and a full bathroom.
The downstairs has three bedrooms: (1) Master with a full size bed (2) bedroom # 2 has a full size bed also (3) bedroom # 3 has two twin bed and a full bathroom.
Outside there are two seating areas, a deck and a patio. Each are equipped with a BBQ. There is an awesome outdoor shower. There is also a washer/dryer room.
No matter where you are....you'll have the ocean breezes making your day and night!
