House 1:
Located directly on Lake George, Sunset View is the perfect house to catch the sun glistening on the lake. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a view from every window in this house, it can comfortably sleep 6. Sunset View has central air and heat.
This waterfront home features a sun deck with a dining table, a large sofa, a fire pit, multiple chaise lounges, and multiple large adjustable sun umbrellas. The main floor features a fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a double oven, gas stove, a built-in ironing board, and a sub-zero refrigerator, this kitchen is every chef’s dream.
The master suite is where you will wake up every morning in the king bed, looking at the lake that is just ten feet away. The master suite includes a walk-in closet that flows into the bath with double vanities, a washer and dryer, and a walk-in shower.
The lower level is equipped with two additional bedrooms featuring a queen bed. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Also on the lower level is a second bathroom. Play pool all while taking in the beautiful views of Lake George. Just off the lower level is a patio that features a dining area, a large sectional, and a hot tub to soak up the views.

The bathroom has a four-foot walk-in shower and a double vanity. Attached to this house is a large deck with furniture to enjoy everything the lake has to offer while spending time with your loved ones.
Located on the property is a BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs while making memories at the lake. To experience all the lake has to offer, there is a private beach and two kayaks located under Sunset Cottage (House 2) which is first come first serve for anybody staying on the estate. There is a park that sits directly behind the estate consisting of jungle gyms, slides, basketball, and tennis courts.
There are three dock slips available on the estate. If you need a dock slip you need to reserve it with your booking. If all dock slips are taken, you can contact Halls Marina for dock space at an additional cost, they are located right next door. This home is pet-friendly, however, dogs need to be hypoallergenic and non-shedding. Pre Approval is needed for you to bring along your four-legged friend, for a small fee. Must submit an up-to-date rabies vaccination card, dogs only.
