This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit with zero transport hassles. Walking distance to Western Springs park and stadium, and the Auckland Zoo as well as an easy walk to Eden Park and the train station to buzz you straight into the city. Quiet and peaceful setting, with a gorgeous Queen bed, king single and pull out single. All new kitchen amenities so you can make breakfast while gazing at the Sky Tower out the kitchen window! The space
A good sized unit under our home you have your own entrance to a large lounge/dining and kitchen shared space with a great view of the Sky Tower and the city. The separate bedroom consists of a queen sized bed and a king single bed and then a pullout mattress under the king single if there is a 4th guest. Separate toilet and bathroom, washing machine and ironing facilities. We have 2 very friendly dogs but they can’t access you or the flat so will just greet you from behind the gate.
Guest access
You have your own fully self contained unit with full kitchen, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster and full utensils to be able to make dinner. The fridge/freezer is good sized and everything else apart from the stove is brand new. The bedroom contains a queen bed and a king single with a pull out mattress for the 4th guest. There is absolutely NO smoking of any kind, in the unit or on the property
Other things to note
As well as being walking distance to Western Springs Park and Stadium, Auckland Zoo and Motat, Eden Park and the Morningside train station we are also walking distance to the bus and St Luke’s Mall as well as Fowlds park which is a lovely place for a stroll and also contains Auckland’s Irish club and a Bowling club if you would like a different kind of experience at a local drinking hole
