You’ll feel like you’re on vacation the minute you step onto this 3,700 square foot home, with a swimming pool and direct beach access with a path from the pool deck all the way to the sand. Enter into a foyer that leads to a family room with a dinette and sofa-sleeper, a bedroom with one full-size bed and a bunk bed, and direct access to the pool deck. Open up the French doors to let the ocean breezes in, and step out to the swimming pool and spa where you can lounge poolside then when it’s time for some beach fun, walk out the gate and down the path just off the pool deck to the waves The second level features 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Down the hall is the main living area with fireplace and large flat-screen TV, dining table, and kitchen with breakfast bar. French doors open up to a large outdoor whitewater ocean view deck with outdoor dining and a gas BBQ. The 3rd level Master suite has a flat-screen TV, a comfy sofa, a fireplace and a ceiling fan. The en suite bathroom features a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The Master also has a private ocean view deck that offers the perfect place to lounge in the sun and catch up on your reading list with the sounds of the ocean in the background. The third level also has “crib room” just off the Master Suite, and a bedroom/Playroom with twin-size bunk beds at the end of a hall. It is also furnished with Restoration Hardware furniture throughout the house and Sub Zero and Viking appliances. *Bikes, Surfboards, boogieboards, beach chairs & umbrellas are available for rent.
