Built by the owner's father in the 1970s, this house is more than just a place to stay—it's a piece of their family's history. Their land has been in the family for generations, once used for grazing cattle. Today, it's a peaceful retreat that they're thrilled to share with you!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage downstairs that the owners use for storage. There are no shared spaces on the property.

The owners of the property live next door. There are a few stairs onto the porch to enter the main level of the property. Once inside the home all three bedrooms and one full bath are on the main level. The second bedroom and game room are in the basement. There is a chair lift available to assist someone with mobility issues to access the basement if needed.
The unit is self-checkin and guests will be provided with a code and instructions exactly 24 hours before check-in. So if your check-in time is 4 p.m. on Friday you will receive instructions at 4 p.m. on Thursday. The cleaning fee includes bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, makeup removal cloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen towels, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face tissue, and laundry detergent. The cleaners will leave a starter supply of all of these items but they are not replenished during the stay. All discounts available are included in the pricing you see on the booking channel. Discounts for long-term stays are automatically calculated when you choose the dates you would like to stay.
