Please do not book if you have more than 12. We are not suitable for before or after parties and its strictly prohibited. This two story bardominium is so beautiful with a fun modern feel. It has a white shiplap kitchen with open shelving, gold fixtures throughout and all of the cool modern farmhouse feels. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 living areas. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath, bedroom #2 has (1) queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. It’s little over 2000 bardominium and sleeps up to 12. It’s located on the second and third floor of our three story barn No event gatherings or parties are allowed. We have onsite live-in staff next door to the Barndominium located on 6 acres. Only 12 guests allowed at all times during your stay. Exterior Security Camera located on the deck. You will be asked to leave if occupancy is exceeded! Property is on a routine schedule pest maintenance. However, a bug may get in due to our weather conditions here, so beware you may encounter a bug during your stay. We also have the standard checklist when checking out that most all other short term rentals have.
