It's a peaceful, well-placed base for exploring the region.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to get around, with free parking on-site including a garage. By car, Te Puia is about 4 minutes away, the city centre around 5, the Polynesian Spa about 6, the Redwoods roughly 7, Rotorua Airport about 10, and Skyline around 13.

A quick heads-up on parking: our driveway and parking area sit close to the neighbouring house, so we'd ask you to be mindful of noise from vehicles and car doors, particularly late at night or early in the morning.
