Summary: The Guest House was delightful! It was comfortable, well-equipped and decorated with the cutest decor. A lot of pride had gone into the house and grounds. Research the Storyland Park. The view is so pretty from the front porch and you might see some wildlife. The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows, blankets and towels. Wi-Fi worked great, too. The owners are nearby and very nice. Be prepared to contact them for check-in instructions. This adds a nice personal touch where we are so used to doing everything through apps. We had delicious meals at Jean Bonnet Tavern and 9 Mile Tavern-both very close. The Shawnee Country Market just down the road was surprisingly well stocked, including a deli, hot food, and great ice cream! The drive to the Flight 93 Memorial and Shawnee State Park were easy and picturesque. We very much enjoyed our stay.
