This is the perfect gathering place for groups of friends and family with lots of fun things to do. Just a few blocks from Randolph AFB and direct excess to UC Park you have easy access to everything San Antonio has to offer from this centrally located place. Our study shed is ideal for folks that like to spend time with friends and fam, but still need to get some work done with seclusion and Wi-Fi. This beautiful home features a relaxing open floor plan that makes it easy to hang out and shat.
The space
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that sleeps comfortably six people. There’s a separate,detached study shed with a pull out sofa that can sleep two additional people comfortably. The study shed does not have a bathroom. The Master bedroom has its own bathroom. The second and third bedroom share the second bathroom. The kitchen has a big island where three people can sit for breakfast. The dining room has a big dinning table with eight chairs. There’s a big sofa in the living room that does not convert and two chairs that recline.
In the backyard is a barn style for car garage that is converted into a game room with Air hockey table and ping pong table.
Guest access
Guests will have excess to the entire house , driveway where 4 cars can easily fit, the backyard with 15 feet diameter and 4 feet deep pool, the game room garage and the study shed. From the backyard the guests have a private entrance to U.C. Park with running trails , basketball courts and playgrounds.
Other things to note
This is not an event space . No parties, events, meetings, commercial filming or any other commercial activities are allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house or study shed.
There is a outside noise curfew from 9pm-9am on amplified music or recording to protect and keep the peace of our neighborhood.
The pool is a potential hazard for children, make sure that they are supervised and equipped with floating devices while in the pool.
