A private gated community of The Spa on Port Royal on the north end of Hilton Head Island. Located 1.3 miles from the Hilton Head Island Airport. 2.5 miles from the local Hilton Head Medical Center.
This quiet neighborhood that features 2 outdoor seasonal pools, 1 indoor open year around pool, hot tub, hot stone sauna, gym and locker room style bathroom. Grills along the entire property, man-made lagoon with water features and swings. Hammocks are situated along the shores of the private beach, playground, basketball court, and picnic tables are available to help host your families for a meal under the oak trees while enjoying recreation.
Full access to the property and gated community's amenities. There is a locked owners closet in the front bedroom, please respect our home and do not access this space during your stay. You will have access to the outdoor pools during season, with a closing time of 10:00pm. Along with the indoor pool, sauna, and gym closing at that same time. Tennis is available for you during your stay, be sure to bring your rackets. There is bike storage labeled and located in the parking lot of the resort. This is here for your usage during your stay. With that being said, please lock and secure your property for we are not responsible for any damages or loss. You may feel free to take advantage of one of the many local bike rental facilities that deliver and pick up bikes in this area for your convenience.

Kasey was very quick to respond and give us checkin instructions. We have stayed at The Spa on Port Royal Sound before in a different condo, so we knew we loved the complex. Complex is close to the sound (not a typical beach but still beautiful). Has boardwalk and swings by the water. Kasey’s condo was beautiful and had everything we needed! It had everything for our day at the beach such as a beach wagon, cooler, sand toys, beach blanket, and beach tent. It also was very family friendly and had children’s books, step stools, box fan, and kids bowls/utensils. It had a stocked coffee bar and regular bar that even had utensils for a charcuterie board. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner including some spices. Everything was super clean and she even left us snacks! The condo is on the 3rd floor so no one was above us and was a corner unit. Only had stairs up to the 3rd floor though, no elevators (wasn’t a problem for us). We had a view of the pool from the quiet balcony.
