UPDATE: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES!! Several bad reviews over exaggerated in my opinion. However we did get some water during one of the storms. We have removed all baseboards in the lower living section of the space dried it out, treated it and put in new base moldings. Put in new carpet. New epoxy coat on the kit. countertops. Serviced the AC units, Fixed the shower valves, mowed the yard. Fired the old maid/manager hired a new one!! THIS SPACE IS READY FOR YOU!! Sorry to our guest that had to endure our lapse in management.

Summary: My stay there was pretty awesome despite the negative remarks which is probably fraudulent people trying to work the system and get their money back cause I thought it was a great place to reset the mind I meditated in the backyard I had my 3 dogs and it was a very cozy environment and also I wanna thank Mr spears and Mr Monaco for such quick response to my toilet problem they showed up 10 min after I got off the phone with them and fixed the issue and was gone in 30 min so 5 star review definitely
