There is a gas grill outside for grilling burgers and steaks. There is a full bathroom with shampoo, body wash, towels and, hair dryer. Sit on the balcony deck and enjoy watching the cyclists and hikers enter town form the Gap Hiking and Biking trail located across the beautiful Youghiogheny River. Watch fly fisherman catch trout from this trophy trout river. Visitors have watched deer frolicking on the little island in the center of the river. Eagles and Ospreys fly over head frequently as they too fish for their dinner. There are four separate units in this building known as "RiverView Kitchenettes".
