Sitting under an overhang, the walk-out front balcony (inaccessible from outside) makes a great place to enjoy your morning nectar of the Gods, read a book, watch a lightning storm, etc...
A lower deck boasts an 8' X 10' carpeted & screened (May to mid Aug) gazebo with a table propane fireplace. FYI, a wood burning fire pit is available when no fire ban is in effect.
You'll also find a 3 burner BBQ and plenty of room.
The lower cement patio & your own dock allow more sun exposure to please the lounging sun worshippers!

Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at Luc's lakefront property. This is a beautiful "getaway" that is beautifully maintained and immaculately clean — every detail clearly cared for with pride. Luc was incredibly attentive and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. We enjoyed the peaceful views, and our children loved the swing set and the separate boat house/game room. Everything about our stay was relaxing and seamless. We look forward to returning again!
